To submit your hours you’ll first need to create an account at using your UBC number. After creating your account, login and go to the Member portal, click on Time Card, and then click on Add Work Hours (blue button).

Submit all hours from the 1st to the end of the month for each work type you perform.

If you are unemployed or have no work for the month or a particular week, you will need to enter .01 and unemployed.

Select your contractor, work period (date range), number of hours, and the work type. Then, click the green ‘Save’ button.

If you don’t see the contractor on the list, let your coordinator or program specialist know the contractors name and jobsite so they can be added.

After you have submitted you’ll be able to see your hours and work type for the time frame entered.
